الحاكم:٢٦٦٠ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ أَنْبَأَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ أَنَّ كَثِيرَ بْنَ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بُرْقَانَ ثنا مَيْمُونُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ

«شَهِدْتُ صِفِّينَ فَكَانُوا لَا يُجْهِزُونَ عَلَى جَرِيحٍ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ مُوَلِّيًا وَلَا يَسْلُبُونَ قَتِيلًا»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ صَحِيحٌ صحيح
