الدارمي:٣١٤٣حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ قَالَ

«أَقَرَّتْ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ مُحَارِبٍ جَلِيبَةٌ بِنَسَبٍ أَخٍ لَهَا جَلِيبٍ فَوَرَّثَهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ مِنْ أُخْتِهِ»
