[Machine] "At the departure of this world, I am the guardian of so-and-so. He said, 'His inheritance shall be returned to the one who claims to be his guardian at the time of departure from this world, except if they present clear evidence. If not, then his statement shall be rejected, and his inheritance shall be returned to what the evidence supports.'"  

الدارمي:٣١٤٤حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ

عِنْدَ فِرَاقِ الدُّنْيَا أَنَا مَوْلَى فُلَانٍ قَالَ «يُرَدُّ مِيرَاثَهُ لِمَنْ سَمَّى أَنَّهُ مَوْلَاهُ عِنْدَ فِرَاقِ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتُوا عَلَيْهِ بِبَيِّنَةٍ بِغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ يَرُدُّونَ بِهِ قَوْلَهُ فَيُرَدُّ مِيرَاثُهُ إِلَى مَا قَامَتْ بِهِ الْبَيِّنَةُ»
