الدارمي:٣٠٨٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ

«كُلُّ قَوْمٍ مُتَوَارِثِينَ عَمِيَ مَوْتُهُمْ فِي هَدْمٍ أَوْ غَرَقٍ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يَتَوَارَثُونَ يَرِثُهُمُ الْأَحْيَاءُ»
