[Machine] "The age that nobody inherits is closer to the people than the followers of its religion; two religions do not inherit each other."  

الدارمي:٣٠٣٩ – حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ أَنَّ الْمُعْزِلَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ تُوُفِّيَتْ بِالْيَمَنِ وَهِيَ يَهُودِيَّةٌ فَرَكِبَ الْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ وَكَانَتْ عَمَّتَهُ إِلَى عُمَرَ فِي مِيرَاثِهَا فَقَالَ

عُمَرُ «لَيْسَ ذَاكَ لَكَ يَرِثُهَا أَقْرَبُ النَّاسِ مِنْهَا مِنْ أَهْلِ دِينِهَا لَا يَتَوَارَثُ مِلَّتَانِ»
