Everything of a Muslim is inviolable to another Muslim

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Do not envy one another, do not bid against one another ˹to raise the price˺, do not hold grudges for another, do not turn your backs on one another, and do not sell over one another’s sale. Be servants of Allah as brothers. A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim: he does not wrong him, nor abandon him, nor despise him.”

“Piety is here,” and he pointed to his chest three times. “It is enough evil for a person to despise his Muslim brother. Everything of a Muslim is inviolable to another Muslim: his blood, his wealth, and his honor.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «لَا تَحَاسَدُوا، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا تَبَاغَضُوا، وَلَا تَدَابَرُوا، وَلَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَكُونُوا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ إِخْوَانًا. الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ، لَا يَظْلِمُهُ، وَلَا يَخْذُلُهُ، وَلَا يَحْقِرُهُ».

«التَّقْوَى هَا هُنَا»، وَيُشِيرُ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ. «بِحَسْبِ امْرِئٍ مِنَ الشَّرِّ أَنْ يَحْقِرَ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ. كُلُّ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَامٌ: دَمُهُ، وَمَالُهُ، وَعِرْضُهُ».

Don't nurse grudge and don't bid him out for raising the price and don't nurse aversion or enmity and don't enter into a transaction when the others have entered into that transaction and be as fellow-brothers and servants of Allah. A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He neither oppresses him nor humiliates him nor looks down upon him. The piety is here, (and while saying so) he pointed towards his chest thrice. It is a serious evil for a Muslim that he should look down upon his brother Muslim. All things of a Muslim are inviolable for his brother in faith: his blood, his wealth and his honour. اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال المسلم أخو المسلم لا يظلمه ولاَ يخذله كل المسلم على المسلم حرام دمه وماله التقوى هَاهُنا وأشار بيده إلى صدره قالها مَرَّتَيْنِوهذا الحديث لا نعلم رواه عَن زَيد بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَن عَطاء بْنِ يسار عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ أسامة ابنه ورواه غير أسامة عَن زَيد عَن أبي صالح عَن أبي هُرَيرة

"لا تَحَاسَدُوا، وَلا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلا تَبَاغضُوا، وَلا تَدَابَرُوا وَلا يَبعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيع بَعْضٍ، وَكُونُوا عِبَادَ اللهِ إِخْوَانًا، المُسْلِمُ أَخُو المُسْلِم لا يَظلِمُهُ وَلا يَخْذُلُه وَلا يَحْقِرُهُ، التَقْوَى هَهُنَا -وَأَشَارَ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ- بِحَسْبِ امْرِيءٍ مِنَ الشَّرِّ أَنْ يَحْقِرَ أَخَاهُ المُسْلِمَ، كُل المُسْلِم عَلَى المُسْلِم حَرَامٌ: دَمُهُ وَمَالُهُ وَعِرْضُهُ".
