[Machine] And he said, "No, not until it is seen from where it is seen during the night."  

البيهقي:٧٩٨٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى ابْنِ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَكَ يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ أُنَاسًا رَأَوْا هِلَالَ الْفِطْرِ نَهَارًا فَأَتَمَّ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ صِيَامَهُ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ

وَقَالَ لَا حَتَّى يُرَى مِنْ حَيْثُ يُرَى بِاللَّيْلِ
