البيهقي:٧٩٨٥أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ السُّكَّرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ شِبَاكٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ إِلَى عُتْبَةَ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الْهِلَالَ نَهَارًا قَبْلَ

أَنْ تَزُولَ الشَّمْسُ لِتَمَامِ ثَلَاثِينَ فَأَفْطِرُوا وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ بَعْدَمَا تَزُولُ الشَّمْسُ فَلَا تُفْطِرُوا حَتَّى تَصُومُوا هَكَذَا
