الشَّيْخُ هَذَا هُوَ مَذْهَبُ الشَّافِعِيِّ فِي الْقَدِيمِ فَرَّقَ فِي ذَلِكَ بَيْنَ الْأَمْوَالِ الظَّاهِرَةِ وَالْأَمْوَالِ الْبَاطِنَةِ
