[Machine] About the man who borrows against his wall and his field what surrounds what his land produces, he said, "We do not know in the Sunnah that if a man has a debt upon him, his cultivation or his crops should not be purified. However, he purifies it and upon him is his debt. As for the man who has gold and silver upon which he has a debt, he does not purify it until he settles the debt."  

البيهقي:٧٦١٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يُونُسَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ

عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَسْلِفُ عَلَى حَائِطِهِ وَحَرْثِهِ مَا يُحِيطُ بِمَا تُخْرِجُ أَرْضُهُ فَقَالَ لَا نَعْلَمُ فِي السُّنَّةِ أَنْ يُتْرَكَ حَرْثُ أَوْ ثَمَرُ رَجُلٍ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ دَيْنٌ فَلَا يُزَكِّي وَلَكِنَّهُ يُزَكِّي وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنُهَ فَأَمَّا الرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ لَهُ ذَهَبٌ وَوَرِقٌ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ دَيْنٌ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُزَكِّي حَتَّى يَقْضِيَ الدَّيْنَ
