البيهقي:٢١٧٨٦ – وَرَوَاهُ خُصَيْفٌ الْجَزَرِيُّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ إِذَا وَلَدَتْ أُمُّ الْوَلَدِ مِنْ سَيِّدِهَا فَقَدْ عَتَقَتْ وَإِنْ كَانَ سَقْطًا أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ أنبأ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْقَطَّانُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ

ثنا خُصَيْفٌ فَذَكَرَهُ فَعَادَ الْحَدِيثُ إِلَى عُمَرَ
