أُمُّ الْوَلَدِ أَعْتَقَهَا وَلَدُهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ سَقْطًا وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ
