البيهقي:٢١٧٠٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمُقْرِئُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مَنْجُوفٍ ثنا أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَاتَبَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَلَى عِشْرِينَ أَلْفَ دِرْهَمٍ فَكُنْتُ فِيمَنْ فَتَحَ تُسْتَرَ فَاشْتَرَيْتُ رَثَّةً فَرَبِحْتُ فِيهَا فَأَتَيْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ بِكِتَابَتِهِ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَقْبَلَهَا مِنِّي إِلَّا نُجُومًا فَأَتَيْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ أَرَادَ أَنَسٌ الْمِيرَاثَ وَكَتَبَ إِلَى أَنَسٍ

أَنِ اقْبَلْهَا مِنَ الرَّجُلِ فَقَبِلَهَا
