[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "On the day of the conquest of Mecca, the one accused will be given the option to be executed unless clear proof is presented against him."  

البيهقي:٢١٢٢١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ السُّوسِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ الْأَحْمَرِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصِّينِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ أَوْلَى بِالْيَمِينِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَقُومَ عَلَيْهِ الْبَيِّنَةُ
