[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade dividing harm. Sheikh Ahmad, may Allah have mercy on him, said and this is a transmitted statement.  

البيهقي:٢٠٤٤٨وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أنبأ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْفَسَوِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ ثنا عِيسَى عَنْ ثَوْرٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ نُصَيْرٍ مَوْلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ قِسْمَةِ الضِّرَارِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ أَحْمَدُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَهَذَا مُرْسَلٌ
