عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَعْضِيَةَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْمِيرَاثِ إِلَّا مَا حَمَلَ الْقَسْمُ يَقُولُ لَا يُبَعَّضُ عَلَى الْوَارِثِ
