البيهقي:٢٠١٦٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ أنبأ ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ الْقَطَّانِ عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ مَعَ الْقَاضِي مَا لَمْ يَجُرْ فَإِذَا جَارَ وَكَلَهُ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ
