bayhaqi:17194 – Abū Bakr b. al-Ḥārith > ʿAlī b. ʿUmar al-Ḥāfiẓ > ʿUmar b. al-Ḥasan b. ʿAlī > Jaʿfar b. Muḥammad b. Marwān from my father > ʿĀṣim Aẓunnuh Ibn ʿUmar > Ismāʿīl b. al-Yasaʿ > Jūwaybir > al-Ḍaḥḥāk > al-Nazzāl > ʿAlī

[Machine] Narrated by Ibn Mas'ud, and he was contradicted by Al-Mas'udi who transmitted it as he heard it, and the one who transmitted it in opposition to him is not weaker than him.  

البيهقي:١٧١٩٤ – أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَاصِمٌ أَظُنُّهُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْيَسَعِ عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ عَنِ النَّزَّالِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ لَا تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ إِلَّا فِي عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ وَلَا يَكُونُ الْمَهْرُ أَقَلَّ مِنْ عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ يَجْمَعُ مَجْهُولِينَ وَضُعَفَاءَ وَأَمَّا حَدِيثُ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فَهُوَ مُنْقَطِعٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَخَالَفَهُ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ فَرَوَاهُ مُرْسَلًا كَمَا مَضَى وَالَّذِي رَوَى فِي مُعَارَضَتِهِ لَيْسَ بِأَضْعَفَ مِنْهُ
