البيهقي:١٦٩٤٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْإِسْفِرَايِينِيُّ بِهَا أنبأ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ قَالَ سَأَلَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ هَلْ تُحْصِنُ الْحُرَّ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ عَمَّنْ تَرْوِي هَذَا؟ قَالَ
