[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said about a pregnant woman whose husband has passed away: "She is not entitled to any maintenance."

البيهقي:١٥٤٧٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَيْسَ لِلْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا نَفَقَةٌ حَبَسَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ هَذَا هُوَ الْمَحْفُوظُ مَوْقُوفٌ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ قَالَ نا حَرْبُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الْحَامِلِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا
