البيهقي:١٥٤٧٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ لَفْظًا قَالَا نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ صَبِيحٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ كَانَ يُعْطِي لَهَا النَّفَقَةَ حَتَّى بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا فَرَجَعَ عَنْ قَوْلِ ذَلِكَ يَعْنِي فِي نَفَقَةِ الْحَامِلِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَرَوَاهُ عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا وَجَبَتِ الْمَوَارِيثُ
