البيهقي:١٥٠٥٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الطُّوسِيُّ نا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ نا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ ح قَالَ وَأنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ السَّيَّارِيُّ بِمَرْوَ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ نا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْحَرِيرِيُّ قَالَا نا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَنَّ يَعْلَى بْنَ حَكِيمٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ إِذَا حَرَّمَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَيْهِ امْرَأَتَهُ فَهِيَ يَمِينٌ يُكَفِّرُهَا وَقَالَ

{لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ} [الأحزاب 21]
