[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that forbids what is permissible or allows what is forbidden, and this applies likewise.  

البيهقي:١٤٤٣٣ – أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خُرَيْمٍ الْقَزَّازُ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُسْلِمُونَ عِنْدَ شُرُوطِهِمْ إِلَّا شَرْطًا حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا أَوْ شَرْطًا أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ الضَّرِيرُ عَنْ كَثِيرٍ وَرُوِيَ مَعْنَاهُ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ
