[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ slaughtered one sheep. When Omar grew older, he gave him a part of it and distributed the rest to the people.  

البيهقي:١١٨٢٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ

قَطَعَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الْعَقِيقَ رَجُلًا وَاحِدًا فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ كَثُرَ عَلَيْهِ فَأَعْطَاهُ بَعْضَهُ وَقَطَعَ سَائِرَهُ النَّاسَ
