[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If a man becomes bankrupt and another man finds his belonging, then he is more entitled to it." This is the saying of Yahya.  

البيهقي:١١٢٥٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْكَيْسَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الرَّصَّاصِيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ عَيْنَ مَتَاعِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ غُنْدَرٍ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ 11251 وَرَوَاهُ هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فَقَالَ فِي مَتْنِهِ فَأَدْرَكَ رَجُلٌ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَهُ
