البيهقي:١٠٠٩٤ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ أنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السِّخْتِيَانِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ كَانَ قَدِيمًا أَنَّهُ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ إِلَى مَكَّةَ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنْتُ بِالطَّرِيقِ كُسِرَتْ فَخِذِي فَأَرْسَلْتُ إِلَى مَكَّةَ وَبِهَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَالنَّاسُ فَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لِي أَحَدٌ فِي

أَنْ أَحِلَّ فَأَقَمْتُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ الْمَاءِ سَبْعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ ثُمَّ حَلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ
