[Machine] "That it is not permissible for the servant to make a bequest or a gift except with the permission of his master."  

أَنَّ الْمُكَاتَبَ لَا يَجُوزُ لَهُ وَصِيَّةٌ وَلَا هِبَةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ مَوْلَاهُ  

[Machine] Muhammad ibn Abi Adi in this hadith used to say, "The slave cannot free himself nor give a gift except with the permission of his master."  

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ الْمُكَاتَبُ لَا يَعْتِقُ وَلَا يَهَبُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ مَوْلَاهُ
