[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "If it were not for the fact that you are a messenger, I would have killed you. As for today, you are no longer a messenger, O Khurayshah. Stand up and strike his neck." Then he stood up and struck his neck.  

أحمد:٣٦٤٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّبٍ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ لِابْنِ النَّوَّاحَةِ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَوْلَا أَنَّكَ رَسُولٌ لَقَتَلْتُكَ فَأَمَّا الْيَوْمَ فَلَسْتَ بِرَسُولٍ يَا خَرَشَةُ قُمْ فَاضْرِبْ عُنُقَهُ قَالَ فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ فَضَرَبَ عُنُقَهُ

الكبرى للنسائي:٨٦٢٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّبٍ قَالَ §خَرَجَ رَجُلٌ يَطْرُقُ فَرَسًا لَهُ يَعْنِي يَحْمِلُ عَلَيْهَا فَمَرَّ بِمَسْجِدِ بَنِي حَنِيفَةَ وَإِمَامُهُمْ يَقْرَأُ قِرَاءَةَ مُسَيْلِمَةَ فَرَفَعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِمْ عَبْدُ اللهِ فَجِيءَ بِهِمْ فَاسْتَتَابَهُمْ فَتَابُوا إِلَّا عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنِ النَّوَّاحَةِ وَهُوَ كَانَ إِمَامَهُمْ فَقُتِلَ ابْنُ النَّوَّاحَةِ فَقَالَ
