أحمد:١٧٦٢٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ شِيَيْمِ بْنِ بَيْتَانَ عَنْ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ بُسْرِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ فَأُتِيَ بِمَصْدَرٍ قَدْ سَرَقَ بُخْتِيَّةً فَقَالَ لَوْلَا أَنِّي

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَانَا عَنِ الْقَطْعِ فِي الْغَزْوِ لَقَطَعْتُكَ فَجُلِدَ ثُمَّ خُلِّيَ سَبِيلُهُ
