When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ observed I'tikaf, he would put his head near me, and I would comb it. and he entered the house only to fulfill human needs (i.e. to urinate or to relieve himself). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2467)

Whenever Messenger of Allah ﷺ was given the choice of one of two matters, he would choose the easier of the two, as long as it was not sinful to do so, but if it was sinful to do so, he would not approach it. Messenger of Allah ﷺ never took revenge (over anybody) for his own sake but (he did) only when Allah's Legal Bindings were outraged in which case he would take revenge for Allah's Sake. (Using translation from Bukhārī 3560)

[Machine] I entered onto Aisha, and with her was Hafsah, the daughter of Umar. She said to me, "This is Hafsah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ." Then I approached her, and she said to me, "I adjure you by Allah to tell me the truth. Did you say this or did you lie about it?" I said, "You know that both you and I were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he fainted. So I told you, did you see that he passed away?" You said, "I don't know." Then he woke up and said, "Open the door for him." Then he fainted again. So I said to you, "Did you see that he passed away?" You said, "I don't know." Then he woke up and said, "Open the door for him." So I said to you, "Is he your father or your stepfather?" You said, "I don't know." So we opened the door and saw Uthman ibn Affan. When the Prophet ﷺ saw him, he said, "Let him come closer." He kissed him and whispered something in his ear, that I don't know what it was. Then he raised his head and said, "Did you understand what I said to you?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Let him come closer." He kissed him again and whispered something in his ear, that I don't know what it was. Then he raised his head and said, "Did you understand what I said to you?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Let him come closer." He kissed him intensely and whispered something in his ear, that I don't know what it was. Then he raised his head and said, "Did you understand what I said to you?" He said, "Yes, I heard it with my ears, and it settled in my heart." Then he said to him, "Leave." Hafsah said, "O Allah, Yes, or she said, "O Allah, this is true."

[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ came to me and said, "I will present a matter to you, and it is not necessary for you to rush until you consult your parents." So, I asked, "What is this matter?" She recited the verse to me, "O Prophet, say to your wives, 'If you should desire the worldly life and its adornment, then come, I will provide for you and give you a gracious release. But if you should desire Allah and His Messenger and the home of the Hereafter - then indeed, Allah has prepared for the doers of good among you a great reward.'" (Quran 33:29) Then I asked, "Why do you command me to consult my parents?" Instead, I want Allah and His Messenger and the Hereafter. So the Prophet ﷺ was pleased with this and said, "I will present to your companions what I presented to you." So he would say to them what he said to Aisha, and then he would say, "Aisha has chosen Allah and His Messenger and the Hereafter." Aisha said, "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave us a choice, but we did not see that as a divorce."

[Machine] The prayer is ordained as two units, except for Maghrib prayer which is ordained as three units, because it is the Witr prayer. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray the initial prayer (when traveling) as two units, except for Maghrib prayer, and when he stayed, he would add two units to each unit except for Maghrib prayer, because it is the Witr prayer, and Fajr prayer because he would prolong the recitation in it.

The messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "Whoever does not have a sacrificial animal with them, let him enter the state of Ihram (ritual consecration) for Hajj only." I said, "The messenger of Allah, your wives will return with both Hajj and Umrah, while I will return with only Hajj?" He said to me, "Go with your brother Abdul Rahman to Tan'im, then our meeting will be at such and such place and time." So I met him at night, while he was descending or ascending. Bint Huyayy's daughter said, "I can only see you, I feel trapped." The messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "I feel trapped as well, don't I? Didn't you perform Tawaf on the Day of Sacrifice?" She replied, "Yes." The messenger of Allah ﷺ then said to her, "Now go."

[Machine] Aisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , said: When they wanted to wash the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , they disagreed about it. They said, "By Allah, we do not know how to proceed. Should we undress the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as we undress our dead or should we wash him while he is still wearing his clothes?" Aisha said: So when they disagreed, Allah sent down rain as a sign upon them, to the extent that every person among them tasted it in their chest while sleeping. She said: Then Allah addressed them from the direction of the house that they did not know who it was, and He said, "Wash the Prophet ﷺ and his clothes." She said: So they rushed to him and washed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was wearing his shirt, and water and sidr were poured over him, and men massaged him with his shirt. She used to say, "If I had known how to handle this matter, I would have delayed washing the Messenger of Allah ﷺ except by his wives."

[Machine] "On the authority of Aisha, the wife of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , she said: "People used to pray in the Masjid of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in Ramadan at night in groups. A person would recite a portion of the Quran, and he would have with him five or six people, sometimes more or less, who would pray with him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me one night to set up a mat for him at the door of my room. So I did, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to it after he had prayed the last evening prayer. Those who were in the mosque gathered around him, and he prayed with them for a long night. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ left and entered the house, leaving the mat as it was. When the people woke up in the morning, they spoke about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with those who were with him in the mosque that night. And in the evening, the mosque was filled with people, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the last evening prayer with them. Then he entered his house, and the people stayed in their places. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked me, 'O Aisha, what is the matter with the people?' I said to him, 'O Messenger of Allah, the people heard about your prayer last night with those who were in the mosque, so they gathered for you to pray with them.' He said, 'Get rid of your mat, O Aisha.' So I did, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ spent the night without being aware of it. The people stayed in their places until the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out in the morning to dawn and said, 'O people, by Allah, I did not spend the night in heedlessness, and my location was not hidden from me. But I feared that it would be made obligatory upon you, so do as much acts of worship as you are able, for Allah does not become tired until you become tired.' Aisha used to say, 'The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are done consistently, even if they are few.'"

She said, "The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, saw the dress of Khawlah and asked me, 'O Aisha, what is the situation of Khawlah's dress?' So I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, she is a woman with no husband. She fasts during the day and prays at night. She is like someone who has no husband, so she neglects herself and wastes away.' Khawlah said, 'So the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, sent for Uthman ibn Maz'un, and he came. The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said to him, 'O Uthman, would you like to deviate from my Sunnah?' He said, 'No, by Allah, O Messenger of Allah, but rather I seek your Sunnah.' The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, 'Indeed, I sleep, I pray, I fast, I break my fast, and I marry women. So fear Allah, O Uthman, for your family has a right over you, your guests have a right over you, and you have a right over yourself. So fast and break your fast, pray and sleep.'"
