[Machine] "If the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had concealed something, he would have concealed this verse: 'And [remember] when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, 'Keep your wife and fear Allah,' while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose.'"  

أحمد:٢٦٢٩٥حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

لَوْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَاتِمًا شَيْئًا لَكَتَمَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِي أَنْعَمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللهَ وَتُخْفِي فِي نَفْسِكَ مَا اللهُ مُبْدِيهِ}

She ('A'isha) said: If Muhammad were to conceal anything which was sent to him, he would have certainly concealed this verse:" And when thou saidst to him on whom Allah had conferred favour and thou too had conferred favour: Keep thy wife to thyself and fear Allah, and thou wast concealing in thy heart that which Allah was going to disclose, and thou wast fearing men while Allah has a better right that thou shouldst fear Him."

وَلَوْ كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ كَاتِمًا شَيْئًا مِمَّا أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ لَكَتَمَ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ { وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِي أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَتُخْفِي فِي نَفْسِكَ مَا اللَّهُ مُبْدِيهِ وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَ وَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تَخْشَاهُ}

"If the Prophet ﷺ was to have hidden anything from the Revelation, then he would have hidden this Ayah: 'When you said to him on whom Allah has bestowed grace and you have done a favor (33:37).'"

عَائِشَةُ لَوْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَاتِمًا شَيْئًا مِمَّا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ لَكَتَمَ هَذِهِ الْآَيَةَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ {وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِي أَنْعَمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللهَ وَتُخْفِي فِي نَفْسِكَ مَا اللهُ مُبْدِيهِ وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَ وَاللهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تَخْشَاهُ} [الأحزاب 37] إِلَى قَوْلِهِ {وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللهِ مَفْعُولًا} [النساء 47]

[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ withheld a verse from the Book of Allah, he withheld this verse "{And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, 'Keep your wife and fear Allah,' while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose} to his saying, {And [due] to Allah from the believers is their lives and their property, for the enjoyment of Allah and His Messenger, and the Messenger will then inherit it}.
