The Prophet ﷺ said, "Were it not for Bani Israel, meat would not decay; and were it not for Eve, no woman would ever betray her husband."  

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَوْلاَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ وَلَوْلاَ حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا الدَّهْرَ  

Had it not been for Eve, woman would have never acted unfaithfully towards her husband.  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْلاَ حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا الدَّهْرَ  

Had it not been for Eve, woman would have never acted unfaithfully towards her husband. (Using translation from Muslim 1470a)  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْلَا حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا الدَّهْرَ  

[Machine] It was narrated by the Prophet ﷺ that he said, "If it were not for Eve, a woman would not betray her husband."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَوْلَا حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا  

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Were it not for Bani Israel, meat would not decay; and were it not for Eve, no woman would ever betray her husband." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3399)  

وَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَوْلَا بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ وَلَوْلَا حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا الدَّهْرَ  

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Were it not for Bani Israel, meat would not decay; and were it not for Eve, no woman would ever betray her husband." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3399)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَوْلَا بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ وَلَوْلَا حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا»  

The Prophet ﷺ said, "But for the Israelis, meat would not decay and but for Eve, wives would never betray their husbands."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ يَعْنِي لَوْلاَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ وَلَوْلاَ حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا  

These are some of the ahadith which Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) narrated to us from Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and one of these (this one): Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Had it not been for Bani Isra'il, food would not have become stale, and meal would not have gone bad; and had it not been for Eve, a woman would never have acted unfaithfully toward her husband.  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَوْلاَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لَمْ يَخْبُثِ الطَّعَامُ وَلَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ وَلَوْلاَ حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا الدَّهْرَ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If it were not for the Banu Isra'il, meat would not have become spoiled, and food would not have become rotten. And if it were not for Eve, the female would not have betrayed her husband."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَوْلَا بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ وَلَمْ يَخْبُثِ الطَّعَامُ وَلَوْلَا حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If it weren't for the Children of Israel, food would not spoil, and if it weren't for Eve, a woman would not betray her husband."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَوْلَا بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لَمْ يَخْنَزِ الطَّعَامُ وَلَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ وَلَوْلَا حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا»  

"لَوْلا بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ لَمْ يَخْبُث الطَّعَامُ، وَلَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ، وَلَوْلا حَوَّاءُ لَمْ تَخنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَها".  

that the Prophet ﷺ said: "When Hawwa became pregnant, Iblis came to her - and her children would not live (after birth) - so he said: 'Name him 'Abdul-Harith.' So she named him 'Abdul-Harith and he lived. So that is among the inspirations of Ash-Shaitan and his commands." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3077)  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَمَّا حَمَلَتْ حَوَّاءُ طَافَ بِهَا إِبْلِيسُ وَكَانَ لَا يَعِيشُ لَهَا وَلَدٌ فَقَالَ سَمِّيهِ عَبْدَ الْحَارِثِ فَإِنَّهُ يَعِيشُ فَسَمَّوْهُ عَبْدَ الْحَارِثِ فَعَاشَ وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ وَحْيِ الشَّيْطَانِ وَأَمْرِهِ  

[Machine] "The clothing of Adam and Eve was like fingernails. When they tasted the tree, they started sewing for themselves from the leaves of paradise." He said, "It is the fig leaves."  

«كَانَ لِبَاسُ آدَمَ وَحَوَّاءَ مِثْلَ الظُّفُرِ فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَةَ جَعَلَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِنْ وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ» قَالَ هُوَ وَرَقُ التِّينِ  

[Machine] The clothing of Adam and Eve, peace be upon them, was made of leaves. But when they ate from the tree, nothing was left of it except for leaves the size of fingernails. They then sewed them onto themselves from the leaves of Paradise. He said, "The leaves of the fig tree."  

كَانَ لِبَاسُ آدَمَ وَحَوَّاءَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ الظُّفُرَ فَلَمَّا أَكَلَا الشَّجَرَةَ لَمْ يَبْقَ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا مِثْلُ الظُّفُرِ فَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِنْ وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ قَالَ وَرَقُ التِّينِ  

[Machine] "When Adam ate from the tree that he was forbidden from, Allah Almighty said, 'What led you to disobey Me?' Adam replied, 'My Lord, I was seduced by Eve.' Allah said, 'Then surely I will make it so that you both feel hatred towards each other. You will feel pain and discomfort in childbirth, and I will cause you to menstruate twice a month.' When Eve heard this, she felt remorse and Adam said to her, 'You will experience menstruation and your daughters will as well.'"  

لَمَّا أَكَلَ آدَمُ مِنَ الشَّجَرَةِ الَّتِي نُهِيَ عَنْهَا قَالَ اللَّهُ ﷻ «مَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى أَنْ عَصَيْتَنِي؟» قَالَ رَبِّ زَيَّنَتْ لِي حَوَّاءُ قَالَ «فَإِنِّي أَعْقَبْتُهَا أَنْ لَا تَحْمِلَ إِلَّا كَرْهًا وَلَا تَضَعَ إِلَّا كَرْهًا وَدَمَيْتُهَا فِي الشَّهْرِ مَرَّتَيْنِ» فَلَمَّا سَمِعَتْ حَوَّاءُ ذَلِكَ رَنَّتْ فَقَالَ لَهَا عَلَيْكِ الرَّنَّةُ وَعَلَى بَنَاتِكِ  

"خَلَقَ اللَّه آدم ومسحَ ظَهْرَه فَخَرَجَتْ مِنْهُ كُلُّ نَسَمَةٍ هُوَ خَالِقُهَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَة، وَنَزعَ ضِلَعًا مِنْ أَضْلَاعِهِ فَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا حَوَّاءَ".  

"أخبرنى جبريل أن الله - ﷻ - بعثه إلى أُمنا حواء حين دميت فنادت ربها: جاء منى دم لا أعرفه، فناداها: لأُدْمِنَّك وذرِّيتكِ، ولأجْعَلنَّه لكِ كفارةَ وطَهوُرًا" .  

"عَنْ عمرَ قالَ: قالَ رسولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أخبَرنِى حَبِيبِى جبريلُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ بعثَهُ إِلَى أُمِّنَا حواءَ حِينَ دَمِيَتْ فنادتْ ربَّهَا: جَاءَ مِنِّى دمٌ لا أَعْرِفُهُ، فَنَادَاهَا: لأُدْمِيَنَّكِ وَذُرِّيَّتَكِ، وَلأَجْعَلَنَّهُ كفارةً وطهورًا".  

"النَّاسُ لآدَمَ وحَوَّاءَ كَطَفِّ الصَّاعِ لِمَن يَمْلَؤُهُ، إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَسْألُكُمْ عَنْ أَحْسَابِكِمْ، وَلَا أَنْسَابِكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، أَكْرَمُكُمْ عِنْدَ اللهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ".  

"صَدَقْتَ؛ هُوَ أَخْوكَ ابْنُ أَبيك وَأُمك: آدَمَ وَحَوَّاءَ، لَكَ أَجْرٌ بيَمِينِكَ هَذِهِ عَظِيمَةٌ".  

"بَعَثَ اللهُ ﷻ (جِبْريلَ) إِلَى آدَمَ وَحَوَّاءَ فَقَال لَهُمَا: ابْنِيَا لِيَ بَيتًا، فَخَطَّ جِبْرِيلُ فَجَعَلَ آدَمُ يَحْفِرُ، وَحَوَّاءُ تَنْقُلُ، حَتَّى أجَابَهُ المَاءُ، ثُمَّ نُودِى مِن تَحْتِهِ،

حَسْبُكَ يَا آدَمُ، فَلَمَّا بَنَاهُ أوْحى اللهُ (إِلَيهِ) أَنْ يَطُوفَ بهِ، وَقِيلَ لَهُ: أَنْتَ أوَّلُ النَّاسِ، وَهَذَا أوَّلُ بَيتٍ , ثُمَّ تَنَاسَخَت القُرُونُ حَتَّى حَجَّ نوحٌ، ثُمَّ تَنَاسَخَت القُرُونُ حَتَّى رَفَعَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ القَواعِدَ مِنْهُ".
