الطبراني:٩٦٣٥حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جَرِيحٍ قَالَ بَلَغَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ إِنْ طَلَّقَ مَا لَمْ يَنْكِحْ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْطَأَ فِي هَذَا إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ يَقُولُ {§إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ

أَنْ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ} وَلَمْ يَقُلْ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ نَكَحْتُمُوهُنَّ
