[Machine] Narrated by Aisha, they said, "When circumcision is completed, ghusl (ritual bath) becomes obligatory." Masruq said, "Aisha was the most knowledgeable among them regarding this matter."  

الطبراني:٩٢٥١حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَارِثُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَمَسْرُوقٍ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالُوا «إِذَا جَاوَزَ الْخِتَانُ الْخِتَانَ وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ» قَالَ مَسْرُوقٌ وَكَانَتْ أَعْلَمَهُمْ بِذَلِكَ
