[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about a man who performs ablution and then touches his private parts with his hand, should he wash it again or just sprinkle water on it?" He said, "It is from you."  

الطبراني:٨٢٣٣حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَرَأَيْتَ الرَّجُلَ يَتَوَضَّأُ ثُمَّ يَهْوِي بِيَدِهِ فَيَمَسُّ ذَكَرَهُ أَوَ أَرُشُّهُ؟ قَالَ «هُوَ مِنْكَ»
