الطبراني:٥٩حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ أنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ زِرٍّ قَالَ

«كُنْتُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَإِذَا رَجُلٌ آدَمُ أَعْسَرُ أَيْسَرُ ضَخْمٌ إِذْ أَشْرَفَ عَلَى النَّاسِ كَأَنَّهُ عَلَى دَابَّةٍ فَإِذَا هُوَ عُمَرُ ؓ»
