الطبراني:٤٩٥٦حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ حُجْرِ الْمَدَرِيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّهُ §سُئِلَ عَنِ الْعُمْرَى فَقَالَ «سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ» قَالَ
