[Machine] That his father used to do that until it reached him that Rafa'ah bin Khadeej said: "The Messenger of Allah prohibited renting land."  

الطبراني:٤٢٦٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ طَاهِرِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا جَدِّي ثنا إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْخَوْلَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ

أَنَّ أَبَاهُ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ»
