كَبِيرَةُ بِنْتُ سُفْيَانَ

tabarani:21570 – Muḥammad b. al-Sarī b. Mihrān al-Nāqid al-Baghdādī > Muḥammad b. ʿAbbād al-Makkī > Muḥammad b. Sulaymān b. Masmūl al-Makkī > Yaḥyá b. Abū And Raqah b. Saʿīd > Mawlātī Kabīrah b. Sufyān Wakānat Qad Adrakt al-Jāhiliyyah Wakānat from al-Mubāyiʿāt

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, in Jahiliyyah I had four children." He said, "Free four slaves." I said, "I have freed my father Sa'id and his two sons Maisarah and Jubair, and the mother of Maisarah." And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ told us, "The blood of Afra' is more virtuous to Allah than the blood of a black person."  

الطبراني:٢١٥٧٠ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ النَّاقِدُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مَسْمُولٍ الْمَكِّيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي وَرَقَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَتْنِي مَوْلَاتِي كَبِيرَةُ بِنْتُ سُفْيَانَ وَكَانَتْ قَدْ أَدْرَكْتِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةَ وَكَانَتْ مِنَ الْمُبَايِعَاتِ قَالَتْ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي وَأَدْتُ أَرْبَعَ بَنِينَ لِي فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ؟ فَقَالَ اعْتِقِي أَرْبَعَ رِقَابٍ قَالَتْ فَأَعْتَقْتُ أَبَاكَ سَعِيدَ وَابْنَاهُ مَيْسَرَةَ وَجُبَيْرًا وَأُمَّ مَيْسَرَةَ قَالَتْ وَقَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «دَمُ عَفْرَاءَ أَزْكَى عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ دَمِ سَوْدَاءَ»

"عَنْ كَثِيرَةَ بِنْتِ سُفْيَانَ، وَكَانَتْ مِنَ الْمُبَايِعَاتِ قَالَتْ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ: وَأَدْتُ أَرْبَعَ {بُنَيَّاتٍ لي} فِي الْجَاهليَّةِ، فَقَالَ: أَعْتِقِي أَرْبَعَ رِقَابٍ، قَالَتْ: وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ انزلوا [أَبْرِقُوا] فَإِنَّ دَمَ عَفْرَاءَ أَزْكَى عِنْد اللهِ - تَعَالَى- مِنْ دَمِ سَوْدَاوَيْنِ".
