[Machine] A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "I want to engage in jihad for the sake of Allah." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Shall I guide you to a jihad that has no thorns in it?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Perform Hajj to the House of Allah."  

الطبراني:٢١٢٥٨حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ أُمِّ أَبِيهِ قَالَتْ

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْجِهَادَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَقَالَ «أَلَا أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى جِهَادٍ لَا شَوْكَةَ فِيهِ؟» قُلْتُ بَلَى قَالَ «حَجٌّ الْبَيْتِ»
