[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, does anger harm?" He said, "Yes, just as hitting a tree harms."  

الطبراني:٢١١١٦حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالِ بْنِ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمِّي عَنْ جَدَّتِهَا قَالَتْ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هَلْ يَضُرُّ الْغَيْظُ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ كَمَا يَضُرُّ الشَّجَرَ الْخَبَطُ»
