Collected by Muslim, Nasāʾī, Ibn Mājah, Aḥmad, Ḥākim, Ṭabarānī, Bayhaqī, SuyūṭīAllah's Apostle ﷺ saw a man who did not wash his heel and he remarked: Woe to the heels because of hell-fire.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَأَى رَجُلاً لَمْ يَغْسِلْ عَقِبَيْهِ فَقَالَ وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Woe to the heels because of hell-fire.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ
"Abu Al-Qasim the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Woe to the heels from the Fire.'"
أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ وَيْلٌ لِلْعَقِبِ مِنَ النَّارِ
The Messenger of Allah said: 'Woe to the heels because of Hell-fire.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ
[Machine] Abu Hurairah saw a man covering his feet and said, "Perform ablution properly, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Woe to the heels from the Hellfire.'"
أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَأَى رَجُلًا مُبَقَّعَ الرِّجْلَيْنِ فَقَالَ أَحْسِنُوا الْوُضُوءَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ
[Machine] Abu Hurairah saw a man wearing a face veil and said, "Perform ablution properly, for I heard Abu Al-Qasim ﷺ saying, 'Woe to the heels from the Fire.'"
أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَأَى رَجُلًا مُبَقَّعَ الرِّجْلَيْنِ فَقَالَ أَحْسِنُوا الْوُضُوءَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَيْلٌ لِلْعَقِبِ مِنَ النَّارِ
[Machine] I heard Abu Hurairah saying, "Perform the ritual ablution (wudu) properly, for I heard Abu Al-Qasim saying, 'Woe to the heels from the hellfire.'"
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ أَحْسِنُوا الْوُضُوءَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ يَقُولُ وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ
He saw people perform ablution with the help of a water jar and he said: Complete the Wudu for i heard Abu al-Qasim ﷺ say: Woe to the hamstrings because of hell-fire. (Using translation from Muslim 242b)
