It you must do so, do it only once.

ذَكَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الْمَسْحَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يَعْنِي الْحَصَى قَالَ إِنْ كُنْتَ لاَ بُدَّ فَاعِلاً فَوَاحِدَةً

"I asked Messenger of Allah (S) about smoothening the pebbles during Salat. He said: 'If you must do so, then let it be only once.'"

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ مَسْحِ الْحَصَى فِي الصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ إِنْ كُنْتَ لاَ بُدَّ فَاعِلاً فَمَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً

"Mu'aiqib told me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If you have to do that, then do it only once.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنْ كُنْتَ لاَ بُدَّ فَاعِلاً فَمَرَّةً

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, concerning smoothing the pebbles during prayer: ‘If you must do that, then do it only once.’”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي مَسْحِ الْحَصَى فِي الصَّلاَةِ إِنْ كُنْتَ فَاعِلاً فَمَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً

his grandfather said: "The Messenger of Allah (saas) said: 'I seek the forgivenenss of Allah and repent to Him seventy times each day.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنِّي لأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ فِي الْيَوْمِ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, usury is only in women."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسَاءِ

[AI] The Prophet mentioned wiping in the mosque, meaning wiping over pebbles, and he said: "If you must do it, then only once."

ذَكَرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ الْمَسْحَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يَعْنِي الْحَصَى فَقَالَ إِنْ كُنْتَ لَا بُدَّ فَاعِلًا فَوَاحِدَةً

[AI] It was said to the Prophet ﷺ , "Wiping the mosque meaning the pebbles." He said, "If you must do it, do it only once."

قِيلَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ الْمَسْحُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يَعْنِي الْحَصَى فَقَالَ إِنْ كُنْتَ لَا بُدَّ فَاعِلًا فَوَاحِدَةً

his grandfather said: "The Messenger of Allah (saas) said: 'I seek the forgivenenss of Allah and repent to Him seventy times each day.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3816)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنِّي لَأَتُوبُ فِي الْيَوْمِ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً»

the Messenger of Allah (saas) said: 'I seek the forgiveness of Allah and repent to Him one hundred times each day.' (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3815)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنِّي لَأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ فِي الْيَوْمِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I was not commanded to construct mosques."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَا أُمِرْتُ بِتَشْيِيدِ الْمَسَاجِدِ»

"I asked Messenger of Allah (S) about smoothening the pebbles during Salat. He said: 'If you must do so, then let it be only once.'" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 380)

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ مَسِّ الْحَصَى فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ «إِنْ كُنْتَ لَا بُدَّ فَاعِلًا فَمَرَّةً»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you cremate the deceased, then perform the odd-numbered prayer."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا جَمَّرْتُمُ الْمَيِّتَ فَأَوْتِرُوا»

Usama b. Zaid reported Allah's Apostle ﷺ as saying: There can be an element of interest in credit (when the payment is not equal). (Using translation from Muslim 1596b)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ»

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Modesty brings about nothing except goodness."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الْحَيَاءَ لَا يَأْتِي إِلَّا بِخَيْرٍ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said about the man who levels out pebbles and dirt where he prostrates, "If you must, then do it only once."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُسَوِّي الْحَصَا وَالتُّرَابَ حَيْثُ يَسْجُدُ قَالَ «إِنْ كُنْتَ لَا بُدَّ فَاعِلًا فَوَاحِدَةً»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said to him regarding wiping during prayer, "If you do it, then do it once."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ فِي الْمَسْحِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ «إِنْ كُنْتَ فَاعِلًا فَوَاحِدَةً»

"Mu'aiqib told me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If you have to do that, then do it only once.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1192)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنْ كُنْتَ فَاعِلًا فَمَرَّةً»

"Mu'aiqib told me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If you have to do that, then do it only once.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1192)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ كُنْتَ فَاعِلًا فَمَرَّةً»

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "Indeed, I repent seventy times in a day."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنِّي لَأَتُوبُ فِي الْيَوْمِ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً»

"إِنِّى لأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّه وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ في الْيَوْم سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً" .

"إِنِّى لأَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ في الْيَوْمَ سَبْعِينَ مرَّةً".

"إِنْ كُنْتَ لَابُدَّ فَاعلًا فَمَرَّةً وَاحدَةً" .
