[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ ordered him to cover his head and to take a branch from this juniper tree and place it on his legs.  

الطبراني:١٢١٠٧ – حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ هَارُونَ صَاحِبُ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ ثنا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ ثنا أَبُو شَيْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ لَمَّا قُتِلَ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ نَمِرَةٌ فَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ هُوَ الَّذِي أَدْخَلَهُ قَبْرَهُ فَكَانَ إِذَا غَطَّى بِهَا رَأْسَهُ بَدَتْ قَدَمَاهُ وَإِذَا غَطَّى قَدَمَيْهِ خَرَجَ رَأْسُهُ فَسَأَلَ

عَنْ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُغَطِّيَ رَأْسَهُ وَأَنْ يَأْخُذَ لَهُ شَجَرًا مِنْ هَذَا الْعلْجانِ فَيَجْعَلَهُ عَلَى رِجْلَيْهِ»
