[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ said to a man, "What is your name?" He said, "Yes." The Prophet said, "No, you are Abdullah (servant of Allah)."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ allowed three days and nights for the traveller and one day and night for one who is not travelling (i.e., with regard to wiping over the khuffain or leather slippers) (Using translation from Aḥmad 1126)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fast when you see it (the new moon) and break your fast when you see it. But if it is obscured from you, then complete the count of thirty (days). He ﷺ also said, holding up his hand, "The month is like this and like this," meaning twenty-nine or thirty days."
[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , "He forbade the selling price of a dog, the dowry of a prostitute, the earnings of a cupper, the payment of a fortune-teller, and the wages of a blacksmith. Bara'a had a male goat which he used to ride, anyone who asked for it, he would not prevent them, and he would not take any payment for it."

[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, and we came across a water container of a dam. Sulaiman said, "This is a small amount of water." Some of us descended from six or seven people, I am the sixth or the seventh. Sulaiman said, "The people who scoop water from it." So we lowered a bucket, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was standing on the edge of the container. We filled it half-full or maybe two-thirds full, or something like that. Then, I lifted it up to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, "The wool is heavy." So I tipped it out, seeking something to keep it in my throat, and I did not find anything. So I lifted it up to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he immersed his hand in it and said, "What Allah wills, He says." The bucket was returned to it, and the water in it did not decrease. Sulaiman said, "Indeed, I have seen one of us being brought out with a wet robe, as if he was almost drowned, then he walked or grabbed onto something." And the wording is for the statement of Al-Muqri.
[Machine] Anas asked him, "My brother, are you seeing me dying on my bed, even though I have killed one hundred polytheists in battle, apart from those I fought alongside?"
[Machine] "O brother, Allah has taught you what is better for you than it. He said, 'Yes.' So Al-Bara' said to him, 'Do you fear that I will die on my own bed? By Allah, that is not a test from Allah to me. I have killed a hundred of the polytheists, and I have not taken credit for it alone. And among them are those I have shared in killing.'"
[Machine] "To Abu Talha: We used to not divide the booty equally, and indeed the booty from al-Bara has reached a substantial amount. So, we only saw a fifth of it."
[Machine] "There was a tall man holding a white sword in his hand," he said. "And Bara' was a short man who struck his legs with the sword, causing him to fall on his back," he said. "So I took his sword and sheathed mine, and I only struck once until it broke, then I threw it and took my sword."

[Machine] While Anas bin Malik and his brother Al-Bara bin Malik were at a fortress among the enemy forts, the enemy would throw chains with hooks that would attach to people and then pull them up. Some of these hooks attached to Anas bin Malik, and they lifted him up from the ground until he was close to them. Al-Bara bin Malik came and it was said to him, "Catch your brother while he fights the people." He rushed forward until he reached the wall and then grabbed onto the chain as it was being pulled. He continuously dragged them while his hands smoked, until he severed the rope. Then he looked at his hands and saw that the bones were visible, as all the flesh had been removed. Allah saved Anas bin Malik through that.

[Machine] From Urawah: "Regarding the naming of the companions of the Aqaba who pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in Aqaba from the Ansar, then from Bani Salimah bin Yazid bin Jusham, Al-Bara' bin Ma'rur bin Sakhr bin Khansa'a, who was a delegate. He was the first person to distribute one-third of his wealth as charity. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ approved of him."
[Machine] "Narrated by Ibn Shihab, regarding the one who witnessed the Treaty of Al-Uqbah from the Ansar and then from the Bani Salamah, it was Al-Bara' ibn Ma'rur, who was the first to fulfill the obligation of giving away one-third of his wealth. He faced the Kaaba while still in his land, and he was a leader."
[Machine] That Al-Bara' bin Ma'rur narrated that the Prophet ﷺ advised him to give away one-third of his wealth wherever he wished, but he returned it to his son.

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ delivered a sermon to the wife of Al-Bara' ibn Ma'rur and she said, "I made a condition with my husband that I will not remarry after him." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Verily, this condition is not valid."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered a gathering on the day of Hudaybiyah, and he wrote a letter to them, as well as to Budayl ibn Warqa and Sarawat ibn Amr, saying: "Peace be upon you. Indeed, I commend to you Allah, whom there is no deity except Him. As for myself, I have not wronged you nor have I harmed you. And indeed, the most noble of the people of Taym are you and those who follow you among the Mutayyibeen. And I have taken for those who have emigrated from among you the same as what I have taken for myself, even if they emigrated in land other than Makkah. And indeed, you are not afraid of me nor are you in fear of me."
[Machine] "And he said, 'O my son, this is the book of the Prophet ﷺ , so take its counsel and you will never cease to be in goodness as long as it remains among you.' In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. From Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, to Budayl ibn Warqa' and Busrah and Sarawat ibn Amr: I praise to you Allah, there is no deity except Him. As for what follows, I have not wronged you, nor have I ever neglected your affairs. Indeed, my noble family is more honorable to me than Htamah Ali, and you are closer to me in kinship and compassion. And whoever follows you from the pure ones, I have taken for them the same as I have taken for myself. And if anyone migrates from his land other than Makkah, except as a pilgrim or one performing Hajj, I have not imposed any burdens upon you since I submitted. Verily, you are not afraid of me nor are you confined. As for what follows, Alqamah ibn Ulatha has embraced Islam, as well as his two sons, and they pledged their allegiance and migrated with those who followed them from the tribe of Akrimah. And I have taken exactly what I have taken for myself from those who follow them. Indeed, some of you are forever permissible to others, whether in the sacred or non-sacred." Then Abu Muhammad said, and my father told me: "I heard our elders saying, 'This is the handwriting of Ali ibn Abi Talib.'"

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to them while riding on a female donkey that we used to call the Syrian donkey. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his companions entered, and my mother stood up and placed a cushion on a mat in the house for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . She used to prefer it for him. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat on it, I folded the mat. Abdullah ibn Busr said, "My father offered them Abu Tamrah dates to distract them. My mother then prepared jashish for them." Abdullah said, "I used to be the servant between my father and mother, and my father attended to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his companions. When my mother finished preparing the jashish, I brought it and placed it in front of them. They ate, and then I served them water in a wooden bowl. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ drank and also served the person to his right. Then I took the bowl until it was empty, and I filled it and brought it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He said, 'Give it to the one the bowl has reached.' When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished eating, he made a supplication for us, saying, 'O Allah, have mercy on them, forgive them, and bless their provision.' We continued to witness the abundance in provision from Allah."

He said, "I swear by Allah, if Allah returns my wealth and children to me, I will perform Hajj tied to the House of Allah." So the Prophet ﷺ took the rope, cut it, and said to them, "Perform Hajj, for this is from Shaytan."

[Machine] When Allah opened Khaibar for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he killed those of them whom he killed, Zainab bint al-Harith, the Jewess, was taken captive. She was then brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he lodged her in the house of Ibn al-Harith, who was from the Banu Salamah tribe. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered as she was with him, she took hold of the forelocks of his hair and twisted them. He ﷺ thus sneezed (because of the pain), so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked her: “What made you do this?” She replied: “Messenger of Allah ﷺ ! They (i.e. the Jews) had told me that you love the forelocks of the sheep more than anything else.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then ordered: “Uncover your hand.” When she did so, he then said to her: “Touch it (i.e. the forelock).” So she touched it and said: “I have never seen anything softer than this.” Then he said: “Wash and cook it.” So they cooked it and he ate some of it. When he had eaten a morsel of it, he said: “You will never be able to make any good in it"; he meant that she had caused his death. So when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away, her repentance could not save her.
