[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed either Dhuhr or Asr prayer with three units of prayer. Then, a man named Al-Khirbaaq said to him, "O Messenger of Allah, you only prayed three units of prayer." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked him, "Is that how it seems to you?" They replied, "Yes." So, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed one more unit of prayer, then made the testimony of faith, and concluded the prayer. Then, he performed two prostrations of forgetfulness.
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mistakenly performed an additional prostration during prayer and then concluded the prayer by reciting the final salaam."
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said the Salam after three Rak’ah for ‘Asr, then he stood up and went into the apartment. Khirbaq, a man with big hands, stood up and called out: ‘O Messenger of Allah! Has the prayer been shortened?’ He came out angrily, dragging his lower garment, and asked about it, and was told (what had happened). So he performed the Rak’ah that he had omitted, then he said the Salam, then he prostrated twice and said the Salam again.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1215)
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mistakenly greeted [in prayer] during his prostration."
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ led them in prayer, but he made a mistake in his prayer. So he prostrated for the two prostrations of forgetfulness, then recited the Tashahhud and then made the Salam.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺprayed the afternoon prayer of three units (rak'ahs), then a man named Al-Khirbaq approached him and said, "O Messenger of Allah, mention to me what you did." So the Prophet ﷺ became angry and dragged his garment until he reached the people. He then said, "Did he say the truth?" They replied, "Yes." So he prayed that unit (rak'ah) and then made the prostration of forgetfulness (sujood as-sahw), followed by the final salutation.
[Machine] The camel of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was lost, and then a woman wanted to sacrifice it. They said to the Prophet ﷺ , and she said, "I vowed to sacrifice it." The Prophet ﷺ said, "No one is obligated to fulfill a vow in something they do not possess."

[Machine] A woman from Juhaynah confessed to the Prophet ﷺ about committing adultery, and she said, "I am pregnant." So the Prophet ﷺ called her guardian and said, "Treat her kindly and when she gives birth, inform me." So he did that and the Prophet ﷺ commanded for her to be separated from her clothes, then he commanded for her to be stoned, and then he prayed for her. 'Umar said, "O Messenger of Allah, should you have stoned her and then prayed for her?" He said, "Indeed, she has repented with such a sincere repentance that if it were to be divided among the people of Madinah, it would suffice them. Have you found anyone better than her, who would give herself up for the sake of Allah?"

When she gave birth, the Prophet ﷺ ordered that she be brought and her clothes were tightened around her. He commanded that she be stoned, and after she was stoned, he prayed for her. Umar asked, "O Messenger of Allah, you stoned her and then prayed for her?"
[Machine] "I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ riding on a camel, and I tied it at the door. Then some people from the Banu Tamim came to him and said, 'Give us glad tidings.' He replied, 'You have already received it.' They insisted, and he turned away from them. Then some people from Yemen came to him and he said, 'Accept the good news and do not say what the people of Tamim have said.' They said, 'We have already accepted it. Tell us about the beginning of this matter.' He replied, 'Allah existed and there was nothing else, and His throne was over the water.' Then a man came and said, 'O Ibn Husein, catch your camel.' So I went and caught up with it in the mirage. By Allah, I wish I had left it.'"

[Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ and tied my camel at the door, then I entered and some people from the tribe of Tameem came to him and he said, "Accept the good news, O people of Tameem." They said, "You have already given us the good news, so give it to us." Then some people from the tribe of Yemen came to him and he said, "Accept the good news, O people of Yemen, for the people of Tameem did not accept it." They said, "Let us learn about the religion and ask you about the beginning of this matter, how was it?" He said, "Allah existed and nothing else existed, and His throne was above the water, and He wrote everything in the Book of Remembrance, then He created the heavens and the earth." Then a man came to me and said, "Catch your camel, for it has run away." So I went out and found it being held without its reins and I swear by Allah that I wished I had left it.
