19.3.6 Subsection
١٩۔٣۔٦ الِاخْتِلَافُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ فِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْبَاءَةِ»
[Machine] "From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: 'Allah does not accept prayer without cleanliness, nor does he accept charity from ill-gotten gains.'"
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طَهُورٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ»
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Show mercy to those on earth and the one in the sky will show Mercy to you."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «ارْحَمْ مَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ يَرْحَمْكَ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاءِ»
[Machine] "On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he was asked, 'Who is the most noble of people?' He said, 'Yusuf ibn Yaqub ibn Ishaq, the chosen one of Allah.'"
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ مَنْ أَكْرَمُ النَّاسِ؟ قَالَ «يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ذَبِيحِ اللهِ»
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ married Aisha when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage when she was nine years old, and he passed away when she was eighteen years old."
«تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَائِشَةَ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ وَدَخَلَ بِهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ وَقُبِضَ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , used to command us when we started by saying, "Glory be to You, O Allah, and with Your praise. Blessed is Your name and exalted is Your Majesty. There is no deity but You."
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُنَا إِذَا اسْتَفْتَحْنَا أَنْ نَقُولَ سُبْحَانَكَ اللهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ
from the Prophet ﷺ who said, "The repenter from sin is like the one who did not ˹earn ˺ a sin."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «التَّائِبُ مِنَ الذَّنْبِ كَمَنْ لَا ذَنْبَ لَهُ»
[Machine] "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would go to his bed, he would say, 'O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants.'"
كَانَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ»
[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and we missed the Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers. It became difficult for us, so we said, "We are with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and in the way of Allah." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered Bilal to establish the prayer, so we prayed with every prayer he established. Then he said, "There is no group on earth that remembers Allah except you."
كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فاحْتَبَسْنَا عَنْ صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ فَاشْتَدَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْنَا فَقُلْنَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِلَالًا فَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ فَصَلَّيْنَا مَعَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ أَقَامَ فَقَالَ «مَا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ عِصَابَةٌ يَذْكُرُونَ اللهَ غَيْرَكَمْ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to sit in the two prostrations as if he was sitting on a cushion.
«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَأَنَّمَا جُلُوسُهُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ عَلَى الرَّضْفِ»
[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ used to be as if he was on a cushion when he was in the two bowings (of prayer), so I would say (a supplication) until he stood up, and he would say (a supplication) until he stood up.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا كَانَ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ كَأَنَّهُ عَلَى الرَّضْفِ فَأَقُولُ حَتَّى يَقُومَ فَيَقُولُ حَتَّى يَقُومَ
[Machine] And Abdullah said, "O Aba Yazid, if the Messenger of Allah saw you, he would love you. And whenever I see you, I am reminded of the sincere worshippers."
وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ «يَا أَبَا يَزِيدَ لَوْ رَآكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ لَأَحَبَّكَ وَمَا رَأَيْتُكَ إِلَّا ذَكَرْتُ الْمُخْبِتِينَ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever builds beyond what is sufficient for him will be required to carry it on his neck on the Day of Judgment."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ بَنَى فَوْقَ مَا يَكْفِيهِ كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى عُنُقِهِ»
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prostrated in the star, He and all the polytheists
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سَجَدَ فِي النَّجْمِ هُوَ وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ جَمِيعًا
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about the night of Al-Qadr (Decree). He replied, "Which one of you remembers the meteor showers?" Abdullah said, "O Messenger of Allah, I remember it with my father and mother when the moon rose, and that was on the twenty-seventh night."
سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ فَقَالَ «أَيُّكُمْ يَذْكُرُ الصَّهْبَاوَاتِ؟» فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ أَنَا بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ حِينَ طَلَعَ الْقَمَرُ وَذَلِكَ لَيْلَةَ سَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Fear Allah as he deserves with true modesty." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, we do have modesty and praise be to Allah." He said, "That is not what I meant. But whoever truly fears Allah with modesty, let him guard his head and what it contains, his stomach and what it conceals, and let him remember death and calamity. And whoever desires the Hereafter should abandon the adornments of this world. Whoever does that has truly feared Allah with true modesty."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اسْتَحُوا مِنَ اللهِ حَقَّ الْحَيَاءِ» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّا لَنَسْتَحْيِي وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ قَالَ «لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ وَلَكِنْ مَنِ اسْتَحْيَى مِنَ اللهِ حَقَّ الْحَيَاءِ فَلْيَحْفَظِ الرَّأْسَ وَمَا حَوَى وَالْبَطْنَ وَمَا وَعَى وَلْيَذْكُرِ الْمَوْتَ وَالْبِلَى وَمَنْ أَرَادَ الْآخِرَةَ تَرَكَ زِينَةَ الدُّنْيَا فَمَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَقَدِ اسْتَحْيَى مِنَ اللهِ حَقَّ الْحَيَاءِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote to Al-Mundhir ibn Sawyah: Whoever prays our prayers, faces our Qibla, and eats our slaughtered meat, he is a Muslim and has the protection of Allah and the protection of the Messenger ﷺ .
كَتَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ سَاوَى مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاتَنَا وَاسْتَقْبَلَ قِبْلَتَنَا وَأَكَلَ ذَبِيحَتَنَا فَذَاكُمُ الْمُسْلِمُ لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللهِ وَذِمَّةُ الرَّسُولِ ﷺ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you aims his spear or sword at a person, if the tip of his weapon is near the throat of the person and he says 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah), then lower your weapon from him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَشْرَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ بِالرُّمْحِ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ فَإِنْ كَانَ سِنَانُهُ عِنْدَ ثُغْرَةِ نَحْرِهِ فَقَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ فَلْيَرْفَعْ عَنْهُ الرُّمْحَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a military expedition, and they were injured. They said, "If you meet your people, inform them that we have met our Lord and He is pleased with us and He has accepted us."
بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ سَرِيَّةً فَأُصِيبُوا فَقَالُوا إِذَا لَقِيتُمْ قَوْمَكُمْ فَبَلِّغُوهُمْ عَنَّا أَنَّا لَقِينَا رَبَّنَا فَرَضِينَا وَرَضِيَ عَنَّا
[Machine] "Beware of false testimonies; and if you must testify, then bear witness for those whom the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has sent and they have been harmed. It has been revealed concerning them to convey to our people that we have met our Lord and He is pleased with us and we are pleased with Him."
«إِيَّاكُمْ وَالشَّهَادَاتِ؛ فَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا بُدَّ فَاعِلِينَ فَاشْهَدُوا لِسَرِيَّةٍ بَعَثَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَأُصِيبُوا فَنَزَلَ فِيهِمْ أَنْ بَلِّغُوا عَنَّا قَوْمَنَا أَنَّا قَدْ لَقِينَا رَبَّنَا فَرَضِيَ عَنَّا وَأَرْضَانَا»
[Machine] Allah, the Almighty, sent His Prophet ﷺ to guide a man into entering Paradise. The man entered a church and found Jews reading the Torah. When they approached the description of the Prophet ﷺ , they stopped, and there was a sick man beside them. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Why did you stop?" The sick man said, "They came across the description of a prophet, so they stopped." Then, the sick man requested to hold the Torah and read it until he reached the description of the Prophet ﷺ and his nation. He said, "This is your description and the description of your nation. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that you are the Messenger of Allah." Then, the sick man passed away, and the Prophet ﷺ said, "Wash your brother."
ابْتَعَثَ اللهُ تَعَالَى نَبِيَّهُ ﷺ لِإِدْخَالِ رَجُلٍ الْجَنَّةَ فَدَخَلَ كَنِيسَةً فَإِذَا هُوَ بِيَهُودٍ يَقْرَأُونَ التَّوْرَاةَ فَلَمَّا أَتَوْا عَلَى صِفَةِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَمْسَكُوا وَفِي نَاحِيَتِهَا رَجُلٌ مَرِيضٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا لَكُمْ أَمْسَكْتُمْ؟» قَالَ الْمَرِيضُ إِنَّهُمْ أَتَوْا عَلَى صِفَةِ نَبِيٍّ فَأَمْسَكُوا وَجَاءَ الْمَرِيضُ يَحْبُو حَتَّى أَخَذَ التَّوْرَاةَ فَقَرَأَهَا حَتَّى أَتَى عَلَى صِفَةِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَأُمَّتِهِ فَقَالَ هَذِهِ صِفَتُكَ وَصِفَةُ أُمَّتِكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنَّكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ مَاتَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لُوا أَخَاكُمْ»
[Machine] "We did not have a celebration except during the day, and I have seen us gathering with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ under the shade of Al-Hatim."
«مَا كَانَ لَنَا عِيدٌ إِلَّا فِي صَدْرِ النَّهَارِ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا نُجَمِّعُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي ظِلِّ الْحَطِيمِ»
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited hitting the cheeks and tearing the clothing.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ لَطْمِ الْخُدُودِ وَشَقِّ الْجُيُوبِ
[Machine] "Abdullah, you are commanded to establish four establishments: the establishment of prayer, the giving of Zakat, performing Hajj, and performing Umrah to the House (Kaaba). Hajj is the greater pilgrimage, and Umrah is the lesser pilgrimage."
عَبْدُ اللهِ أُمِرْتُمْ بِإِقَامَةِ أَرْبَعٍ إِقَامَةِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ وَأَقِيمُوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ وَالْحَجُّ الْحَجُّ الْأَكْبَرُ وَالْعُمْرَةُ الْحَجُّ الْأَصْغَرُ
[Machine] You have been ordered in the book of Allah with four things: establishment of prayer, giving zakah, performing Hajj, and Umrah to the House (Kaaba), and Ibn Mas'ud did not mention.
أُمِرْتُمْ فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ بِأَرْبَعٍ إِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ وَالْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ entered upon Bilal and he had a bunch of dates with him. The Prophet ﷺ asked: "What is this, O Bilal?" Bilal replied: "O Messenger of Allah, it is for you and your guests." The Prophet ﷺ said: "Are you afraid that it might have any steam from the fire? Spend it, O Bilal, and do not fear that the Owner of the Throne will decrease anything for you."
دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى بِلَالٍ وَعِنْدَهُ صَبَرٌ مِنَ التَّمْرِ فَقَالَ «مَا هَذَا يَا بِلَالُ؟» قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ لَكَ وَلِضِيفَانِكَ قَالَ «أَمَا تَخْشَى أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهَا بُخَارٌ مِنْ نَارٍ؟ أَنْفِقْ بِلَالُ وَلَا تَخْشَ مِنْ ذِي الْعَرْشِ إِقْلَالًا»
The Prophet ﷺ said, "After me (i.e. after my death), do not become disbelievers, by striking (cutting) the necks of one another. (Using translation from Bukhārī 6868)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ»
[Machine] Your Prophet ﷺ used to say when he was in the position of ruku' or sujood, "Subhanaka wa bihamdik, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilaik" which means "Glory be to You, O Allah, and I praise You. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You."
كَانَ نَبِيُّكُمْ ﷺ إِذَا كَانَ رَاكِعًا أَوْ سَاجِدًا قَالَ «سُبْحَانَكَ وَبِحَمْدِكَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The eyes commit adultery, and the hands commit adultery, and the feet commit adultery."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعَيْنَانِ تَزْنِيَانِ وَالْيَدَانِ تَزْنِيَانِ وَالرِّجْلَانِ تَزْنِيَانِ»
“I used to forbid you from making Nabidh in certain vessels, but a vessel does not make something unlawful. All intoxicants are unlawful.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3406)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ أَلَا وَإِنَّ وِعَاءً لَا يُحَرِّمُ شَيْئًا كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ»
[Machine] The passage translates to: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Indeed, Allah has commanded me to marry Fatimah to Ali.'"
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ اللهَ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُزَوِّجَ فَاطِمَةَ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ»
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The most severe of people in punishment on the Day of Resurrection are the image-makers."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «أَشَدُّ النَّاسِ عَذَابًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْمُصَوِّرُونَ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever takes an oath on a false matter, let him use it to take away the wealth of a Muslim and meet Allah while He is angry with him."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ؛ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ»
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (an evil doing) and killing him is Kufr (disbelief)." (Using translation from Bukhārī 48)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ»
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] cursed the woman who affixes hair extensions and the one who has that done, and the woman who does tattoos and the one who has that done." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 5251)
«لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمَوْصُولَةَ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمَوْشُومَةَ»
[Machine] We were sitting with Abdullah bin Mas'ood when a man asked him, "O Abu Abdullah, did you ask your prophet ﷺ how many caliphs would this ummah have?" Ibn Mas'ood replied, "No one has asked me about it since I arrived in Iraq before you did. We asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, 'The caliphs of the Children of Israel were twelve in number.'" The wording is from a narration by Hujjaj.
كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَلْ سَأَلْتُمْ نَبِيَّكُمْ ﷺ كَمْ يَمْلِكُ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةَ مِنْ خَلِيفَةٍ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ مَا سَأَلَنِي عَنْهَا أَحَدٌ مُنْذُ قَدِمْتُ الْعِرَاقَ قَبْلَكَ سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «اثْنَا عَشَرَ عِدَّةُ نُقَبَاءِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ» وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ حَجَّاجٍ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The lifespan of Islam is 35 years. If they perish, then those who perish will follow the same path. And if they survive, they will remain for seventy years."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَدُورُ رَحَى الْإِسْلَامِ سَنَةَ خَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ فَإِنْ هَلَكُوا فَسَبِيلُ مَنْ هَلَكَ وَإِنْ نَجَوْا بَقُوا سَبْعِينَ عَامًا»
[Machine] "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at the slain on the day of Badr, he said to Abu Bakr, 'If Abu Talib were alive, he would have known that our swords have taken their counterparts.' And for this reason, Abu Talib says,"
لَمَّا نَظَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْقَتْلَى يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ قَالَ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ لَوْ أَنَّ أَبَا طَالِبٍ حَيٌّ لَعَلِمَ أَنَّ أَسْيَافَنَا قَدْ أَخَذَتْ بِالْمَآثِلِ وَلِذَلِكَ يَقُولُ أَبُو طَالِبٍ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever judges between the people will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection with an angel seizing him by his back until he sets him down on Hellfire. Then he will raise his head up to the sky, and if Allah commands to throw him, his forehead will disintegrate into forty autumns."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا مِنْ حَكَمٍ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ إِلَّا حُشِرَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَلَكٌ آخِذٌ بِقَفَاهُ حَتَّى يَقِفَهُ عَلَى جَهَنَّمَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَإِنْ قَالَ اللهُ أَلْقُوهُ فَمَهْوَاهُ أَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah, make Islam powerful through Umar ibn Al-Khattab or Abu Jahl ibn Hisham." So Allah responded to the supplication of His Messenger by granting Islam to Umar ibn Al-Khattab, who then built it up and destroyed the idols with it.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اللهُمَّ أَعِزَّ الْإِسْلَامَ بِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ أَوْ بِأَبِي جَهْلِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ» فَجَعَلَ اللهُ دَعْوَةَ رَسُولِهِ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَبَنَى عَلَيْهِ الْإِسْلَامَ وَهَدَمَ بِهِ الْأَوْثَانَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever lies about me, let them prepare a place for themselves in Hell."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا فِي النَّارِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Insulting a Muslim is sinful, fighting with him is disbelief, and his wealth is as sacred as his blood."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ وَحُرْمَةُ مَالِهِ كَحُرْمَةِ دَمِهِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to like to say "three" and seek forgiveness three times.
«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعْجِبُهُ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ ثَلَاثًا وَيَسْتَغْفِرَ ثَلَاثًا»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Say, He is Allah, [who is] One, the third of the Quran."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ ثُلُثُ الْقُرْآنِ»
[Machine] I heard Abdullah saying, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon to us and said, 'As for what comes after...'"
سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ يَقُولُ خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «أَمَّا بَعْدُ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood before the people of Qalib and said, "O people of Qalib, did you find what your Lord promised you to be true? For I have found that what my Lord promised me is true." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, can they hear us?" He said, "They cannot hear what I say to them, but today they do not respond."
وَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْقَلِيبِ فَقَالَ «يَا أَهْلَ الْقَلِيبِ هَلْ وَجَدْتُمْ مَا وَعَدَ رَبُّكُمْ حَقًّا؟ فَإِنِّي قَدْ وَجَدْتُ مَا وَعَدَنِي رَبِّي حَقًّا» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هَلْ يَسْمَعُونَ؟ قَالَ «مَا أَنْتُمْ بِأَسْمَعَ لِمَا أَقُولُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَكِنَّهُمُ الْيَوْمَ لَا يُجِيبُونَ»
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ who said, "The first group to enter Jannah will have faces as radiant as the full moon on a clear night. The second group will have faces as beautiful as the brightest star in the sky. Each of them will have two wives from the Hoor al-Ayn, and each wife will have seventy garments, which can be seen through their flesh and clothing, just as the redness of a drink can be seen in a white glass."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَوَّلُ زُمْرَةٍ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ كَأَنَّ وُجُوهَهُمْ ضَوْءُ الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ وَالزُّمْرَةُ الثَّانِيَةُ عَلَى لَوْنِ أَحْسَنِ كَوْكَبٍ دُرِّيٍّ فِي السَّمَاءِ لِكُلِّ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ زَوْجَتَانِ مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعَيْنِ عَلَى كُلِّ زَوْجَةٍ سَبْعُونَ حُلَّةً يُرَى مُخُّ سُوقِهِمَا مِنْ وَرَاءِ لُحُومِهِمَا وَحُلَلِهِمَا كَمَا يُرَى الشَّرَابُ الْأَحْمَرُ فِي الزُّجَاجَةِ الْبَيْضَاءِ»
The Prophet ﷺ used to seek refuge in Allah from five things; cowardliness, niggardliness, the evils of old age, evil thoughts, and punishment in the grave. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1539)
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَسُوءِ الْعُمُرِ وَفِتْنَةِ الصَّدْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ regarding his saying, "On the day when the earth will be replaced by another earth," he said, "It will be a white earth, as if it is silver. No forbidden blood has been shed on it and no disobedience has been committed on it."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي قَوْلِهِ {يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ الْأَرْضُ غَيْرَ الْأَرْضِ} قَالَ «أَرْضٌ بَيْضَاءُ كَأَنَّهَا فِضَّةٌ لَمْ يُسْفَكْ فِيهَا دَمٌ حَرَامٌ وَلَمْ يُعْمَلْ فِيهَا بِمَعْصِيَةٍ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the houses of Allah on earth are the mosques, and it is the right of Allah to honor those who visit them."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ بُيُوتَ اللهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ الْمَسَاجِدُ وَإِنَّ حَقًّا عَلَى اللهِ أَنْ يُكْرِمَ مَنْ زَارَهُ فِيهَا»
[Machine] He said, "The best among you are those who read the Quran and teach it."
أَنَّهُ قَالَ «خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ وَأَقْرَأَهُ»
