[Machine] Your Prophet ﷺ used to say when he was in the position of ruku' or sujood, "Subhanaka wa bihamdik, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilaik" which means "Glory be to You, O Allah, and I praise You. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You."  

الطبراني:١٠٣٠٢حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خُلَيْدٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

كَانَ نَبِيُّكُمْ ﷺ إِذَا كَانَ رَاكِعًا أَوْ سَاجِدًا قَالَ «سُبْحَانَكَ وَبِحَمْدِكَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ»
