[Machine] "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at the slain on the day of Badr, he said to Abu Bakr, 'If Abu Talib were alive, he would have known that our swords have taken their counterparts.' And for this reason, Abu Talib says,"  

الطبراني:١٠٣١٢حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ثنا حَامِدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْبَلْخِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنَاذِرٍ الشَّاعِرُ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْكُوفِيُّ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

لَمَّا نَظَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْقَتْلَى يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ قَالَ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ لَوْ أَنَّ أَبَا طَالِبٍ حَيٌّ لَعَلِمَ أَنَّ أَسْيَافَنَا قَدْ أَخَذَتْ بِالْمَآثِلِ وَلِذَلِكَ يَقُولُ أَبُو طَالِبٍ
