"عَنْ عِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ: إِذَا قُتِلَ خَلِيفَةٌ بِالشَّامِ لَمْ يَزَلْ فِيهَا دَمٌ مَسْفُوكٌ حَرَامًا وَإِمَامٌ لَا تَحِلُّ حُرْمَتُهُ حَتَّى يَأتِىَ أَمْرُ الله".
